Smothered Burrito's
What you will need
- 1lb hamburger meat
- 1 can pinto beans (rised and drained) or I like to make my own pinto beans in a slow cooker.
- Shredded cheese ( I use the fiesta blend)
- canned green chili enchilada sauce ( I use the bigger one)
- frozen country potatos
- 1 polish sausage
- 1 package of the burrito size tortillas
Brown hamburger meat, fry frozen potatos, and brown your sausage ( I will add the sausage to my hamburger after its browned) once all the meats and potatos are cooked add it to one big pan, then drain and rise your beans to add to the mixture, mix together. then roll into a burrito set in a casrole pan top with green chili sauce and cheese, bake for about 25 minutes or until cheese in melted at 350 degrees.
Cool for just a few top with your favorite toppings such as lettece, tomato, onions, salsa, black olives, sour cream or whatever you perfer!

Interesting recipe. Many countries have their own form of burrito. Hungary has its savory palachintak and China has its Moo Shu Pork.
